Cooling — A/C & Heat Pumps (Cool Mode)
Warm rooms, long run times, or icing. We verify airflow, coils, charge, and controls—cold air restored before bigger options.

If comfort drops or power gets weird, your day slows down. We stabilize first, diagnose the reason, and fix what’s fixable—clear options, clean close-outs, no upsell games.
Homes are ecosystems: airflow, temperature, power quality, and controls all influence comfort and reliability. Most issues trace back to a few root causes—restricted airflow, aging parts, weak electrical terminations, dirty sensors, or control settings drifting over time. We get the space comfortable again, then show you the readings we took so decisions are straightforward.
Warm rooms, long run times, or icing. We verify airflow, coils, charge, and controls—cold air restored before bigger options.
No heat, short cycles, or uneven rooms. We confirm safeties, combustion/defrost logic, blowers, and thermostat calls.
Outlets/switches failing, breakers tripping, lights flickering. We correct loose terminations, shared circuits, and labeling. (Utility service to the house itself excluded.)
Stale rooms, odors, and dust. We address filter cadence, coil cleanliness, ventilation balance, and smart fan strategies.
Miswired stats, schedules that fight comfort, or equipment never getting the right call—we sort it and leave it documented.
Not heating, pilot issues, or minor fixture leaks around comfort equipment. For small plumbing-type items, we can often handle it during your visit; larger projects are referred as needed.
No tools, no panels—just easy confirmations that often save a visit.
Set to Cool or Heat as needed, temperature set past room temp, Fan set to Auto. Replace stat batteries if applicable.
Confirm a clean filter and open supply/return vents. Restricted air causes weak cooling/heating and can trip safeties.
If a breaker handle sits between ON and OFF, turn it fully OFF once, then ON once. If it trips again, leave it OFF and book service.
For dead bathroom/garage/outdoor outlets, press the “Reset” button on the GFCI. If it trips again, schedule a visit.
